Dearest Chaplains, Chaplain-Assistants (clergy and laypersons), Youth-Leaders, and Youth Members of all levels.
Along with the League of Chapters Chaplain, the Dominic Savio League of Chapters Executive Committee sends our warmest regards, in the love of Jesus Christ to our chaplains and all of you.
Following the decision made during the joint meeting of the League of Chapters regarding hosting the Dominic Savio Convention in 2025. With aims to provide our members with opportunities to meet, connect, and engage in meaningful activities; in addition to celebrating our anniversary of Saint Dominic Savio, 35 years of grace. Furthermore, to create the opportunity for members to learn more about the Word of God, and to encounter Jesus through the Sacrament of the Eucharist to further spirituality and the relationship with God. We, the League Executive Committee, are pleased to announce the Dominic Savio Convention with the following details:
1. Theme: Pilgrims of Hope – Becoming One in Christ Jesus (Galatians 3:28)
2. Location: Georgetown Preparatory School (10900 Rockville Pike, North Bethesda, MD 20852)
3. Duration: Friday (6:00 PM) June 20, 2025 to Sunday (2:00 PM) June 22, 2025
4. Fee: $100 per member under 18. $50.00 for staff & chaperones (Registration deadline is June 1st)

5. Eligibility: Youth Member of the Seedling Division and older (Age 7+). Attendees over the age of 18 must
completed a criminal background check and attended VIRTUES training.

We are unable to execute a successful event without the support of many. If you are an active HSTT+, Huynh Trưởng, Trợ Tá, Trợ Úy in good standing at your chapter, please sign-up as staff. Below you will find an online form where you can select your preferred committee assignment.
FYI, your first choice is not guaranteed since we will have to consider manpower and areas needed. However, we will try our best to place you in your preferred committee(s). The Organizing Committee will review the requests and will send out the final list shortly. Thank you for your understanding and willingness to lend a hand.
